London Tales - level C1-C2 (Advanced 2) About the series New English Fiction: a series of 6 readers in 3 levels for Secondary School AIMS Give students the pleasure and satisfaction of reading original stories in the English language, whilst confronting the latest contemporary aspects of Anglophone culture. STRUCTURE This series contains original stories which take place in today’s England and America. Each volume is based around central themes and includes three stories of approximately 5000 words each. Up-to-date topics are covered including cultural identity, globalization, ecology, sport and the power of the media. Interviews with the authors and a range of pre and post reading activities allow the reader to appreciate these stories to the full.
