Great expectations

"Great Expectations" is a novel written by Charles Dickens and first published in 1861. The story follows the life of an orphan named Pip, who dreams of becoming a gentleman and rising above his humble beginnings. Throughout the novel, Pip encounters a variety of characters, including the mysterious benefactor who helps him achieve his dreams, the eccentric Miss Havisham, and the beautiful but cold-hearted Estella.
